Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Smartzey, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange any part of your order or gift, you have up to 100 days from the date of shipment to make a request. For any queries about your order, feel free to email us. To process a return or exchange, please ensure you have the original order number and return the item securely to our facility. Items that are not returned after being requested will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return or exchange, please click here. Each returned item must be packaged individually with its own return label. If not, the refund may be delayed or not processed in full.
If you need to return multiple items, please submit a separate return request for each one.
For items acquired during a "gift with purchase" promotion, all items must be returned for a full refund. If you prefer to keep the gifted item, we will adjust the refund amount accordingly. For a complete refund, please return all items, including the gifted product.
For purchases made through a partner or third party, Smartzey cannot offer refunds, replacements, or assistance. Please contact the partner directly for their return and exchange policies.
Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns and exchanges can only be processed in the country where the purchase was made.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned items, a refund will be issued. You’ll receive an email notification when your return has been processed. Damaged items upon receipt are not eligible for refunds. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.
Returns of gifted items will be refunded as store credit for the purchase amount. Please be aware that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Make sure to ship all returns in a box, and we recommend keeping your original packaging for this purpose.
